I hate to say it but this is kinda crap. I've been patient all day and as of hour 18, it's still down. It wouldn't be a big deal if I didn't need a break from work so friggin' badly (been going nearly 12 hours straight now).

Damn this was down for me since this morning at 10am eastern and I'm assuming before that. Really long down time, wheres my free extra day for XBL? lol.

I'm sure we HAVE to be compensated, I mean we pay for the service so if its inactive we should get a free days worth right?
