Timmah! said: I have a very busy schedule and a baby. When I'm gaming, it might be nice to save some time and frustration on occasion for a really difficult spot. It's better than just not finishing the game because I just don't have the time. I used to have time to be a 'hardcore' gamer, and I still enjoy the same games, but my life just doesn't afford the time any more.
Stop whining about this, people. Don't use it if you don't like it, it's that simple. This is kind of like if fat people complained about healthy 'small portion' options being added to a menu, just order what you want and shut up ;). |
That's exactly the same with me. Until this gen I finished each and every single game I played. This gen the games I have not finished (and probably never will are):
Metroid Prime 3, No More Heroes, Trauma Centre, The World Ends With You, Punch Out (title defence), Super Smash Bros (the space thing mission), Cooking Mama (although it is more a question of why did I buy this than why didn't I finish it) and Lost Winds. And in Super Mario Galaxy I gave up at about 80 stars.
So from being a so called hard core gamer this gen due to work, marriage and family commitments I have now become a super casual gamer and although being a 2-d Mario game I would probably never need this feature it is good to have and I hope it becomes more widely implemented.
