Ill get Forza 3 and Halo ODST. Yay!

If Wii Fit Plus lands in October it will probalby take the title. If it lands in September it will easily be beat by Halo. Same goes for NSMB, if it lands in october it can win, if it lands in November, then it will probably lose.
Haha, there is no way Forza 3 could top NPD for October.
Don't think Splinter Cell could either.
The only month in question is October with Uncharted 2... I am sure that this game will be huge for the Sony camp... How huge is the only real question...

uncharted launched to way worse numbers than Forza 2 did. I expect both to launch to better numbers than the previous version, but I don't think it is possible for uncharted to go from 160k sales first full month to +350k sales first full month, which it would need to just to match Forza 2 first month sales.

Because Forza is not a big franchise and Splinter Cell's popularity has waned.
That said, I suppose Splinter Cell does have a reasonable shot at it, fair enough.

Given that it'll have 1 week of sales in October, and considering that Forza 2 opened to 210k in the Americas, I'd say maybe 350k week 1 USA.
I guess Wii Fit will do 400k+ that month, so that's my reasoning for Forza 3 not being able to top NPD.
I really don't know and to some extent I'm just taking a stab in the dark here, but hey.
