Wow that would be quite an achievement. Game should be collosal but I mean that's asking a lot of any game. More power to them though if they can hit it but I wouldn't underestimate. More logically though I'd expect anywhere from 7-10 million on all the combined platforms (would have had a better chance if they release on more though haha... just saying).

According to this site, WaW sold 8.1 millions in 2 months across the 5 platforms (and we don't have PC figures could it make it 9 million), and the series is getting bigger and bigger with every release. While 11.1 might be a stretch, I wouldn't be too surprised to see it top 10 mil

The DS one sold 160k in 2 months, so it could do 250k this time around.

The 360 could do 5.75m, PS3 could do 4.25m. PC sales are unknown at this point, so I'll say 150k?

..............that is .625 off the 11.1m benchmark.


The funny thing is, the Wii version of Call of Duty: World at War sold 600k+ in its first 2 months. So they cannot hit the projected point without it.


However, 10m copies of any game is beyond impressive, and it would probably go on to sell another 6m.

Why would you want the sequel to one of the best FPS ever released on a console to bomb? CoD4 was better than Killzone 2, imo. There. I said it.

Because the people at Activision are douchebags and don't deserve any money. I mean going around and suing the small companys like Double Fine? I hope Activision lose all their money and go bankrupt...
