Me want so hard. I loved Trauma Center Second Opinion, and while I didn't play New Blood, this looks awesome and makes me wanna get back into the series.

Believe me, Trauma Center is perfect (I love the Wii and the DS versions), but it's sooo hard... I don't know if you already played Trauma Center, but here is the DS version:

Well, I love the DS versions, if you want to buy a surgery simulation and you are prepared for a hard game, I recommend Trauma Center.

Extremely. It's almost as if Atlus designed the series with Wii/DS in mind, because it works perfectly using the touch screen and Wiimote.
