Bought mine in December 2007 (18th I think), so I've had mine for a year and a half.

BTW I dislike MGS. |
Then why is it in your avatar?
And you still haven't explained why you thought the PS3 would only reach 22 million by the end of 2009...
I got mine with the MGS4 bundle...hmm I still remember, my dad bought me the PS3 for my birthday and I swear, after finishing MGS4, it was the best present I had ever received...actually, the problem was that when I bought the PS3, it was defective so I exchanged it...then I got a new one and the hard drive on that ended up crashing...so I sent that off to repair and my PS3 has been running perfectly for 8-9 months now...still, this bundle was great and well worth the money!

Why take it out for dinner?
The PS3 can cook something up.

I'll have had my PS3 for two years on the 17th... I still remember getting it, and playing Motorstorm for 14 hours straight. Original 60GB model, and still going strong. I hope it keeps going too, I'd be really sad if it died on me...
October 2007 was when I bought mine. I was originally going to wat longer, but that was around the time that the 60GB's were being phased out, so I decided to buy it then.
You're right. It is my PS3 anniversary, too! Cheers to one Solid year of great gaming!!
I just realised I'm 1 year and 4 months into my PS3. I also just realised my warranty has expired. Carrying that heavy box to the car was a bit a of hassle, but it was way better than carrying Guitar Hero:WT.
My 40gb PS3 came bundled with R&C: future tools and a 2nd six-axis controller
My experience has been good. Free online is always a good thing and I enjoyed Uncharted, Resistance and R&C.
MGS4 I picked up day 2 here. Very good game, a bit overrated (most games are these days), but that's probably only because I played the first 3 games beforehand just so that I understood the story in the 4th (and therefore I didn't care too much about it).
Only negatives is that the PS3 freezes from time to time (but only with CoD4 and Fifa) and the build quality (and shape of the controller) of the six-axis doesn't match that of the PS3 itself nor my PS2 and PS1 and Bravia TV.
Can't wait to get my hands on infamous and valkyria chronicles.

As for the predictions, I think I've already told you.
