iPod touch
- more memory (Wrong. PSP has 16GB same as $299 ipod touch. Additionally it has room for 16GB expansion at this time with more to come.)
- more software (Unprove. We don't know what Sony will release with the PSP GO!. Based on what we have seen, PSP has a clock, and a calander coming.)
- multi-touch screen (Only my opinion, but touch screens are bad for gameing/ multimedia devices. I will take my buttons over the touch screen only any day.)
- can be used for many more features than psp or pspgo (Again, unproven)
- can be used for all of the features of the psp or pspgo (Wrong, PSP has remote play with PS3, touch will never have that.)
So basically the iTouch can do anything psp/go can do and more for $30 less. I think there is plenty of room to complain about psp's pricing. The only aspect where the psp/go can actually top iTouch is the specific game library.
However, anyone buying pspGo for games only is crazy. Buy the PSP3000 or DS. Far better devices.

PSP Go! is a fairly priced product, and I am sick and tierd of hearing people bitch about Sony products.

1. memory - Apple just announced next iPhone's with larger memory for lower prices and Itouch's will surely follow. Probably out by the time pspgo launches.
2. software - Apple's store has a ton of software and there is no way sony's will match it, especially since it works for iPhone as well and this causes it to receive a lot more dev support since it is a much larger base.
3. multi-touch screen - opinion taken and I agree for majority of games. However, pspgo is also trying to compete in the general/entertainment use department and in that arena (including web use) multi-touch destroys psp setup.
4. still proven.
5. ok, remote play is at par with pc/mac connectibility plus bluetooth for many other devices.
Ppspgo is priced out of competition and will fade away just like the gameboy micro. Sony should have simply upgraded the psp3000 to include a touch screen and more interoperability w/ ps3. They could've kept the price about he same and anyuser needing more memory can buy a card for it.
