Yeah the iPod touch has many more things than a PSP such as, let you pretend to drink beer, let you listen to random national anthems, draw using programs that make Paint seem high tech, and other applications that are only interesting for 30 seconds...
PSP has "REAL" games, not gimmicky mickey mouse B.S. that's only fun for half a minute. Also based on my experiences, touch screens are awful for gaming. Try texting using a touch screen and texting using a phone with a QWERTY keyboard. Huge difference.
