You sell them a used game for $40... so you get $40 for something youve used and goten value from, someone wants that same game, but doesnt want to pay $100 for it new... but they can get it $80 second hand.. so the company makes $40... so its a 100% profit... the person buying the game SAVES $20... after a few months he's sick of it.. so he trades it in also, now the game is worth $30 second hand, he makes money back, business makes money, new guy buys the game for $60 second hand...
