Forums - Sony - If God of War 3 follows greek legends patterns,it should have a tragic end

They said that the trilogy would explain why greek mythology is no more. So while I think he'll win. He'll also die while doing so.. or something like that.. again. I mean he keeps dying. What the hell can they do ? :p he just crawls back up

If Kratos dies I will be extreamly disapointed in this game. Kratos is an unstopable force. He takes don Gods, and Titans. He has been to hell twice, and still managed to survive. The only way this series can end is for Kratos to destroy everything in his path, and become God as we know him today.

Id prefer it if they didnt kill him off, but if they do... it has to be an epic ending.

Hopefully leaves the ending so its possible for a GoW4.

It wouldn't be original, but if he destroyed the gods and himself, which leads to the dawn of a new era (modern era) in which these "historical events" are now legends, that'd be a nice way to end the series. It would also be cool if you see a soldier on the battlefield and just as he's about to be shot dead by the enemy, he yells out to kratos and says he be his servant if he slays his enemies, and Kratos emerges from the underworld.

That'd be a nice round about way of ending the series.

That would be pretty sweet but Kratos is no longer the God of War, I think you can only call on the God of War like Kratos called Ares. Now that I think about it, Kratos must have been REALLY weak (compared to the ghost of Sparta Kratos) or the guy must have been REALLY strong for Kratos to have needed help.
