Theres Grand Slam Tennis and Virtua Tennis coming this month on the Wii. I really don't plan on buying both so I looked for reviewers help.

Seriously, one of this 2 reviewers need to be shot. How can the game be best for 1 and worst for the other ? Ok they may give a bit different scores but from 5 to 8.5 the difference is bigger than the sky.

This isn't a discussion about any of the 2 games or any console, it's about how can games can get so different scores.

No, this is not an accepted posibility. Games should never be reviewed by people who hate them by default. Otherwise reviewers would be obsolote. Remember, they are paid to tell us if games worth buying.

They failed really hard at it ... 1 of them at least.

An opinion isn't hating something by default.  People just like different things, what works for some people might be awful for others.  Not to mention you have to consider that ign tends to use the higher end of the scale while eurogamer is often lower.  I'd say most people consider a 7 from Eurogamer better than a 7 from IGN.

So people with different opinions need to be shot? Fascist or Communist authoritarian?
