Bungie is owned by Microsoft. They can't just pick up, take the bungie name and start a new company. They may lose a few guys since the game is finished, but that happens after every big project, whether its a Sony owned studio or Microsoft owned studio.

Um. I was just on the G4 forums, there seems to be a rumor going around there that G4's big secret announcement is that they're moving to Japan.....I don't know as thats reliable, considering it hasn't been verified and no one has announced anything, but another theory.
The announcement sounds more G4 related than console related. My guess is the live-action Star Wars television series has finally found a network to call home.
I was playing about the Bungie rumor, but they said a big announcement. The devs at Bungie can end their contract, form a new company and offer their work *to the highest* bidder. Then, they could put their wares on the flop known as the PS3!
I'm hearing a lot of "live action star wars" everywhere....but they haven't announced jack shit, so I have no idea yet. I did find out that the people on the G4 forums basically post porn in their sigs and a) call Morgan Webb Morgan Manjaw, and b) apparently think she looks like a foot......got some wierd people on there.
