In X360, definitely Alan Wake.
Of all, I have to go with No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle.

I've got to say, alan wake has won me over, it's not the graphics that didn't, what did it was how the story was told, and the story it's self seems very interesting, wish this was on PS3, but any who I'll get it on PC since I don't own a 360.
Oh, well if it's 360 exclusive.....
Then it's probably Alan Wake, but that's really low on my overall list.
Cant wait for Uncharted 2.... the multiplayer beta I got with inFamous is too much fun.
ubcharted 2, gt5, last guardien, modnation racer

Yeah, Alan Wake wasn't even on my radar then I saw the E3 footage and loved how they did the story so now I'm looking forward to it. It's still not a definite buy yet but definately on my watch list.
Splinter Cell: Conviction, with Mass Effect 2 trailing only because it's farther from release.

Alan Wake is my most anticipated X360 exclusive; however, I thought Undertow was an exceptional game, so I am also eagerly anticipating Shadow Complex.
