True enough, Forza 1, 2 & 3 have brought more to the sim genre than GT has since GT4...not least due to the fact that GT5 is taking forever.

So GT5 isn't in competition with Forza 3?

This is dumbing whenever Sony says they aren't competing with the Wii.

I'm not surprised he is catching flack for what he said, but I agree with him. The last few GT games have just been graphical updates. Forza 1 introduced damage modeling on the original X-box. The irony is GT's producer was still giving interviews saying that it couldn't be done due to the car manufacturers when Forza was already including this feature. GT is finally getting this in GT5 whenever it actually releases. Forza include online racing before GT. The physic engine in Forza 2 updated at 360fps. The telemetry system, the more in depth car customization, the list goes on.
