Yeah, but it truly proves that the games are equal visually. Why else would the fanboys get so butthurt right? |
People came in to debate when the OP says something like "Best graphic".

I think the cars in Forza 3 look a little *too* shiny in some of the screenshots, but I haven't watched any game footage to see how they look in action. I'm definetely gonna pick this one up though.
Still waiting for a source on your claim of 1 million polygon count...
Definetley amongst the best looking racers, but we all know which game looks better.

There's no source.
Just some plain math.
Turn 10 stated that Forza 3 has 10 times more polygons than Forza 2 for the cars.
Google search resulted Forza 2 cars have around/average 100,000 polygons.
100,000 x 10 = 1,000,000.
ps: GT5P has average 200,000 polygons per car for comparison purpose.

I'm finding it hard to believe that a car in forza 3 has 5 times the polygon count of a GT5:P car.
"it's roughly 1 month in man-hours to make 1 car in GT5. I really love the series though, so it's not really difficult for me to wait for the next iteration to hit. To each their own I guess though =)"

In fact i'd go as far as to say I bet my life that no car in Forza has anywhere near a million polygons.
And if that were true i'd be dead but i'd be laughing my ass off knowing that GT5 cars still looked better.

While I agree, that's the math result from the data given.
