So there is definatly a trend where more and more games are being offered as downloadable.

I noticed that the 360 will start to offer games as downloadable right from xbox live (PSN does it too)

So is there a way to track these games or will the game numbers (that are offered as downloadable too) be always somewhat skewed?

Considering that VGChartz is also a lively forum, a news site, a review place, and wants to become a FAQ holder, it will be all right.

Also, there will always be hardware to track.

The tracking firms are the ones who really have to worry.
