A game patch. They would obviously work with the game developers. If MS wants to make it happen, they certainly have the clout. 

1. They could've taken the easy way out and done it exactly like they did all of the Wii's previous, non-Motion+ Tiger games.  They chose to support the new device.

2. I don't know, but your arguement was that it wouldn't happen because Infinity Ward was a third party, not because of possible technical problems.

Tiger woods chose to support it sure, it also comes bundled with it and it's sure to sell. Microsofts camera isn't done. Not even close, noone has one and it can't be used for shooters. Atleast in it's current state.
