Maybe what you consider running, I consider jogging. I usually go @ 30 kmh. English is not my native language.

what expanded version? Wii Fit Plus, or is there an expanded EA Sports Active already announced? |
They're planning expansions for EA Sports Active, starting with something in time for the holidays. Details on how these expensions will be implemented haven't been released yet.

i seriously doubt that :) Wrong conversion from imperial units?
If WiiFit helped me lose 15 kilos i'm SO getting this, it seems way more intense.

ok, so I'm thinking of getting EA Sports Active after doing some more looking into it, but I want to be able to exercise with my wife. The 2nd player pack costs $20 for a resistance band and their strap. I have plenty of resistance bands already and don't want to pay $20 for essentially just the strap. Any ideas on how to make one of my own for cheap?

the bands in the box are loose, they tie into the handles
soooooo if oyu can find handle type stuff (thats vague i know, not sure how to make em, even pieces of cloth prolly) your bands are done quick
@pyramid head
I meant the leg strap. I have the resistance band, but the leg strap seems important to have.

ohhhhhhhhhh
the leg strap is actually really good, not so much the strap, but where the nunchuk goes
just a well formed and delicate thing that will keep it right, and not mess it up
Ok, so I bought EA Sports Active and started the 30 day challenge. I figured I would start on intense, and 10 minutes in I could hardly stand as day 1 they decided to focus on my legs and do way to much squatting. So I restarted on medium intensity and was ready to quit with 3 exercises left this morning. I'm going to push through on medium intensity.
Overall I really like it and I like the variations in exercises, even if a lot of them are just small variations on something else you could be doing (for example, side lunges with reaching down to your foot rather than just side lunges).
My only real complaint so far is that it makes you stay still before returning to your starting position. While this will make your exercises more intense and worthwhile, it is highly irritating when you are on the last couple reps and you are at the point of failure and can't stay steady. It refuses to accept that last rep you squeezed in there and makes you do it again. This is mostly a problem for side lunges, squats and other related exercises. I guess if I didn't squat as deep I could make it through easier, but I'd rather go for the higher intensity moves.
