Give Lebron Pau Gasol, Odom, and Bynum and there is no way they would ever lose, simple as that.

Nintendo still doomed?

Dunno about that since two of those players overlap with LeBron. Also, that kind of team would require LeBron to seriously scale back how he plays. There wouldn't be many triple-doubles with 30+ points with those guys. Look at how Kobe has scaled back his game with those guys and he doesn't overlap with any of them.
It's not as if LeBron has a collection of bums around him. He has some decent players (though come playoff time, it was apparent that they needed more than they had when they finally ran against a team that wasn't crippled and had a dominant big man in the post).

i second that
lebron has varejao, ilgauskas (still a top center in THIS nba), mo williams (better than any 1 on LA), delonte west, hell even wallace at end of bench
lebron losing shocked me.

Well Orlando was Cleveland's worst nightmare. Once everyone realized that Howard couldn't be stopped by anyone on the Cavs, the series turned ugly. At least with the Lakers, they have two guys (one tough, one a little soft) to just attack Howard and stop him from getting the easy baskets. It minimizes their own game but works out in the Lakers advantage overall.
After watching that, I really wonder how Cleveland would have fared against a healthy Boston team. If they couldn't beat Howard and a bunch of jump shooters, how would they stop KG and Pierce?

its too bad ben wallace got older
the old ben wallace couldve helped on that a lot
Looks like Lakers right now unless Magic start winning. I never liked the Lakers so I hope they lose.
Mo Williams better then anyone on the Lakers? Seriously?
Pau Gasol is so being underrated.
Pau Gasol's statline
18.9, 9.6, 3.5, .64, 1.00
Mo Williams
17.8, 3.5, 4.1, .85, .11
This is the regular season numbers when Mo Williams was considered to be doing amazing....
And they basically match up in all 3 out of 5 cats, the other two Gasol dominates.

could easily be 1 - 1 if a lay up fell
tonight is going to be a very big one, on the road for LA, orlando knows they had em last time . . .
as must win for magic as must win gets. but i never thought miami woulda beat dallas, but GP got his ring (and wade too i guess)

neither did I but david stern and his crew of refs made sure otherwise
Gasol is being pretty seriously underrated here.
With that said, he's a far more effective PF than C, especially in the playoffs. Howard would be eating him alive if he didn't have Odom and Bynum helping.
