That's pure speculation at this point. We know nothing about the game, except for the name and that it's PS3 EXCLUSIVE.
Sony and Rockstar have always been close, I'm not too surprised about this.
Didnt they shake hands on a deal that when they released GTA4 as multiplat, that they'd get another exclusive instead...

They will probably get around this somehow, like by releasing it for a Next box because they only let Sony specify that it won't come on the Xbox 360.

Well its BIG, & xbox 360 fans are marginalizing this BIG TIME along with FFXIV........god both the announcements were better than the FFXIII multiplat announcement last year.
