What if Nintendo had a patent and it was impossible to copy? We have to wait 20years until this technology would be freely available. We've been waiting for more than 2 years already.
The copycat argument is fail! Nintendo still gets the credits. You need to be rational, look who has the best offerings, NOT who is the first and getting emotional.

BTW I finally understand Wii HD. That sensor isn't going to do the trick. Nintendo needs to act. (Yes, Sony and Microsoft also have some work to do, third partys can help out though).
