I still feel that they needed the price cut announcement.

After watching Microsoft's conferance yesterday I was blown away by Splinter cell, Alan wake and there motion sensor camera and I thought Sony was doomed. Infact I was just about to buy an Xbox 360 just for these 3 things. But that was until Sonys conferance.

God dam that motion sensor controller is brilliant. I'd really like to see what developer's can produce using that technology. Final Fantasy 14 online exclusive to PS3 and not 1 mention of FF13 Versus. Mag look's very impressive. Serioussly Sony won by miles period.

They had the worst show out of the three. Sony fails big time.

The only thing that I really cared for was the God of War stuff. It looks better than I thought it would, but it still isn't jaw dropping like some people proclaimed a while back. The rest was just muh.

Surprisingly:

1) No slim ps3 was mentioned.
2) No price cut.
3) No new bundles.
4) Pricing on the PSP Go was from insano world just like with the PS3.
5) No mention from Kajima about MGS:Rising coming to the PS3.
6) Very little mention of Heavy Rain and nothing new trailer wise.

Microsoft> Nintendo > Sony @ E3

Biggest dissapointment was the PSP go pricing.  I actually had thought about buying one until I hear the price.

Forgot to mention that I didn't see any in game footage of GT5.  WTF?  Did I miss something?  Did they announce when the game was coming out?  My guess is it will be the middle of next year or later.  That probably is the second biggest dissapointment.

A surprising highlight from that press conference was the motion control demo, some truely funny moments.

Of course the Hannah Montana announcements stole the show hands down.

And if you saw the sony conference you'd see how kojima said "this is the true sequal to the metal gear solid franchise" and that he himself was working on it :p
