He knows that Sony fanboys are fickle but they'll be excited about even just a portable version of MGS if Kojima can explain why they should believe it be to better than something on a real next gen system. In fact, since the other game is on Microsoft's system, he knows that Sony fanboys will want to hear that the PSP version is super awesome.
