8.5/10 it was pretty epic. Metroid looked killer, and so did SMG2. I was hoping for a megaton that would be ready for the holiday though. NSMB wii looks pretty sweet maybe it will be the big game for the holiday. Can't believe how awesome that metroid trailer was though.



Support good third party games on wii. Buy games like house of the dead overkill, de blob, madworld, the conduit and boom blox.

they have another conference? when? LMAO clearly they got soem more to say they just wanted to see what MS and SONY has first before they plan what to say rofl

Have to call it, Nintendo just won E3, Sony and MS about tied, maybe a slight edge to MS, because Sony's motion controller was even lamer than NATAL

Nintendo doesn't really like E3, I think they'll have more announcements at their own show later. Either way I was very pleased, and can't wait to get my hands on those games. Those tasty...delicious...games...

7 / 10 for me. Golden Sun... NSMBWii, Metroid, Galaxy 2 were all just brilliant. the vitality sensor thing felt pretty wtf-ish but i dont really care about that. Frigging Galaxy 2. This was the last thing i expected. I was surprised at the lack of Pikmin, but i'm sure something will pop up.

Also, lol @ Nintendo haters.

Just an FYI a few other things did go on during the MS conference.  It was nearly 2 hours long.  Isnt that in itself amazing about the MS conference compared to the Nintendo conference. MS didnt present any statistics. Simple for nearly 2 hours presented content for just 1 console.  While Nintendo supporting 2 platforms presented statistics and some content.

Nintendo only presented things that would be out by 2010, not things that won't be out this gen, in addition MS didn;t show redundant stuff, like MS did with Splinter Cell which would also be shown at Ubi's own conference, in addition Nintendo didn't waste time with things like Netflix and last.fm

Really so Metroid M will be out in 2009 (They should really fix the trailer which clearly said 2010). I dont think it would be wise for Nintendo to release 2 Mario platformers this fall even if one is 2.5D and the other 3D.  EA wont show Dead Space Wii, or maybe they didnt because it is a after thought title.  The Conduit wont be show anywhere, well except at retailers in a couple of weeks.

You said out by 2010. "By" implied before 2010.  If you change your tune to items out in 2010 nothing MS showed was 2011 or beyond.



Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.

Although they showed Mario's and Metroid, Zelda is the most anticipated game. I was expecting all the time to see a little trailer of Zelda, but it did never happen. The new sensor is totally useless. Goldesn Sun was unexpected (for good).

Total score: 6.5/10

One more quote: if Miyamoto showed in his conference an artwork from link...does it mean that they are still in the phase of designing characters and making artworks? What's the hell has the Zelda Team been doing this past three years??
