Yeah its a full motion sensing/body tracking camera. Should prove interesting in any use beyond the fitness game too.

seems to me this basically negates Microsoft's camera, and Nintendo even let a 3rd party do it for the Wii instead of Nintendo doing it - pretty awesome.

Why do people think that to do anything with a Nintendo system they need Nintendo's permission. This is a classic case of mistaken structure of how the companies work.

Most of time it's not Nintendo being limiting, it's that consoles developers are lazy. Ubisoft is prepping Wii to have the same input as the natal so that come next gen Ubisoft will be the only company that can produce on both machines input easily.

this is almost becoming a guitar hero kind of phenomenon. After seeing EA sports active's starting sales they are releasing this at the right time. Smart move.
