I guess it's good giving 360 owners an "all new experience" with Raiden. Wouldn't want some already underway, convoluted story dropped on them out of nowhere since MGS4 isn't coming that way

I don't think Solid Snake will be heading 360, just Raiden. So just Metal Gear Rising, which isn't unexpected.
