No, I am a gamer, I just don't buy into overhyped games and the PS3 has better counterparts.

I'd take Killzone 2 over any Halo game.

I'd take Uncharted over any Gears of War game.

I'd take anything over any Mass Effect game, I hate RPG's.

Yep still laughing and rolling, right to the edge of the pier and I fell off into the sea. All that because of your most hilarious post. Killzone will always get 'killzownwed' by Halo. Uncharted is good but it's no Gears of War. And, oh screw it. I just thankful for a good laugh.

Everyone knows I prefer the 360, but I think the PS3 is a great console. All this posting by me is just E3 hype. When E3 comes it's more enjoyable to choose a side and just hype it and love it.

I'd like to state right now, although I have opinions over E3, they are just that opinions. They may end up being right in the future but it's E3 and lets have a laugh.

I still plan on owning a PS3, but I just have way to many god games on 360 right now. However even a Sony boy will be impressed with the 360 after the next 3 hours. ;)

Another year without the announcement of Halo Chronicles. I knew it was vaporware and even if it does find a way to release after ODST and Reach it won't matter and would probably only pass a million in sales then (same with Halo 4).

And it looks like my Gears prediction lives on.

Yeah, they would because they are special like a lot of Nintendo projects maybe its because they're Japanese.  On the other hand like the Star Wars prequels and the Spider-Man movies and the late eighties and early nineties Batman movies for some reason Western properties always seem to get burn out following the third installment.

Maybe its because Mario, Zelda, Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest, Gran Turismo don't really have any challengers in their respective genres while a game series like Gears and another one like Mass Effect come along and do the whole sci-fi thing better than Halo and games like Bioshock and Modern Warfare 2 come along and do th shooter thing much better than Halo and thus steal a lot of its thunder.

Well, yeah, everybody times their releases to try and steal the thunder from their competition. Mass Effect and Halo both have a story line that goes much deeper than what you get by playing the games that are out now. Read the books for both series. Your assertion that Bioshock and Gears of war do a better job at the shooter thing is based on opinion. Personally I think Halo does the shooter thing better than either, I think Gears of War ranks a very close second, and Bioshock trails a distant third. But, that is just my opinion.
