I'm pretty sure Sony is seperated into different divisions so it is theoretically possible, in real world terms it could, should and would never happen.

But is it possible for MS to take over the seperate divisions of Sony without them agreeing, even though the individual parts of Sony dont have shares?

Why are people even discussing this (unless its food for thought though)? Sony is in no way in a pathetic position to be taken over by another multi-billion dollar company.

And even if this was true , you cannot keep this a secret as you can a game announcement. MS taking over sony would make some serious headlines and there hasnt even been a whif of rumors yet.

Then Sony will be developing on Project X , which is a Top Secret Project of producing Lifelike robots called "The Xbots" and that project somehow fails causing of which causes the Xbots to kill every human they see to live their own life but then while Nintendo teams up with Apple and releases the I-Zero which is a suit that protects humans from the Xbots and thus Nintendominion starts.
