The color of the text needs to be changed in the Video upload place when you put a video in the queue the text it black so you can't see if it's there or not.

I have no clue what you are talking about I typed in every field you are supposed to and it all is visible to me. Anyways, post this in the mod forums since non-staff can't upload videos anyways.

I don't know if ioi plans on opening it up to regular users. I checked on my wife's account and the link isn't there, so no for now.

As for copyright, we (staff) have access to all sorts of press releases which we are allowed to freely host. Some videos say you need a rating block where it asks for a birth date first and I don't know how we are handling that. I have a feeling we'll just be hosting those anyways.
