Oh, what a megaton should be. An FFVII remake would make my purchase of a PS3 worth it... aside from all the other stuff.

The word megaton has become like the term AAA

so overused and ambiguous that its lost all impact...

Final Fantay 7 remake isn't a megaton. It's a firecracker at best. Grand Theft Auto 5 going PS3 exclusive or Gears of War 3 going multiplat are megatons.

a ff7 remake would be very cool, i hope if it does happen that they keep the game the same or i wouldnt even consider getting it. also would love a ff8 remake even more . :)

Kingdom Hearts 3 or Final Fantasy VII for PS3 are the most likely options.

Because game companies like to make money.  That's pretty much the answer to any "why isn't X game an X console exclusive," especially when X console = the lowest selling platform.

I think it's going to be "Representatives"...  highly customizable, super-deformed characters you will create yourself that will represent you in the PS3 online environment, and will be playable in some games.

That, or it's the NetFlix deal everyone already knows about.
