Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time -no way does it deserve to be top game of all time. Maybe on Metacritic and Gamerankings but that aint got no credibility- GTA IV third and fourth on the list with its two versions(PS3 and 360) - lol.
IMO: MGS 4 is the best game by far of all time - it is exclusive to the PS3.
The Top 10 games list according to VGC will comprise of Two Final Fantasy games (FF7 and FF9), MGS 4, Four Super Marios (Super Mario World, Super Mario Bros 3, Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Galaxy) and two Zelda games (Lttp and OoT) and RE4.
There will be a lot of arguments when the Top 10 list is revealed. Controversy is good for ratings/site hits - right?

MGS4 will be number one, not because its the greatest game of all time but because of the majority of sony fans on this forum.

im guessing FFVI is number 1 if FFVII isnt, but if this is based on the community then its clearly MGS4

Agreed. If it wasn't for Sons of Liberty, it would be the worst in the series.
Snake Eater and the original MGS are, by a comfortable margin, the best.

That said, no matter how the Top 10 plays out - it's missing some crucial titles.
The fact that only 3-4 franchises will dominate it is very disappointing.
