Pitchforks at the ready for Teletext gamecentral, god help them for having an opinion!

Found another one. Metacritic doesn't accept just anybody you know.

I have used gamecentral UK for 18 months now via my mobile phone.

They update daily with sections such as........ Features, Newscentral, Reviews, Previews, weekly charts from the UK, USA and Japan, 4 players, Game test and Hot topic inbox where you can comment on the topic of the week (i.e. fave game ever, worse movie tie in game ect)

Today in their news section they mention a wii exclusive........ Gladiator A.D. and say theres gonna be another wii exclusive revealed later this week before E3.

Their last review that i remember becuase of my interest in the game was Virtual On O.T. for xbla and it only scored 6/10 which is also below the average score for that game.

It's a good site and i access it via a pay as you go mobile so i can't complain considering it's free.

Its a great score (considering there is a -3 penalty for being PS3 exclusive)

Just look at who gave gta4 a 100.

I just want to make sure I'm clear on this. You are advocating taking reviews from any source as long as people read that source, and it isn't biased by the industry economics.

In that case, maybe my 8 year old nephew qualifies as he writes game reviews for his grade school of 1000 people.

And you are advocating only taking reviews from people who say what you want them to say.

Sorry, the readership number would be well above 1000. VGChartz Killzone 2 review has 23 000 views

What are the scores given?

Should I review Infamous on my Myspace page and gie it a score of 100,000,000/10 to offset this no-name trash review sites score? Since Metashity will aparently pluck any numer off the internet.

Giving P4 an 8/10? Now I'm sure they're retarded.

here is gameranking mission statement

* Sites must have at least 300 archived reviews for a multi-system/multi-genre sites, or 100 reviews for single-system or genre sites.
* Sites must publish a minimum of 15 reviews a month.
* Sites must be visually appealing and looks professional.
* Sites must review a variety of titles.
* Sites must have a dedicated domain name with professional hosting.
* Site reviews must be well written.
* Sites must conduct themselves in a professional manner.

metacritic does not provide the same criteria but assures that they are carefully screened.
