I am not convinced about SF 5. Sony Bend only finished Resistance Retribution recently, and they have only been a PSP studio so far

Really when is this.
SOny needs to stop looking for "new" IPs and bring out newer versions of some of their older games like
socom 4
twisted metal
legend of dragoon
jet moto
Legend of Legaia
MediEvil
ICO 2
Jak (for ps3)
Sly copper
Wild arms
Syphon Filter
etc. They will never have the impact of games like halo and mario if they dont remake their clasics. only Franchise game on every playstation system that i know is Gran Turismo and thats not even out on psp yet. people love and buy sequels more then new games that have to prove that they are good. Im not saying dont make new franchises but give us SOME of the games we loved on our old playstations!

Plus Sony Bend are working on Motorstorm: Arctic Edge for both the PSP and PS2 if I am not mistaken. I don't think they are set to reveal anything new yet.
Well the only real options from a first party perspective are games from Sony Bend or Incognito.
We don't know if Incognito are still an active studio though, do we?
That, or it could be an offering from an independent third party.

No, BigBig are working on MotorStorm Arctic Edge

I remember hearing Incognito were only supporting Warhawk, because they had become so small, after a bunch of people left to form that new studio. However, I think it is quite likely that the guys who left may have taken any previous work with them that they would have been working on at Incognito, so it's hard to say whether they have something ready to show or not.
And screw my last comment, that's BigBig Studios making Motorstorm, so Sony Bend are still open.
