I think you forgot the #1 thing the PS3 is missing which to me is custom soundtracks for every game through the XMB.

XMB overhaul - NO. I love it. I don't need a page, an Icon works just the same, saves space so you can see your wallpaper better and simply works.
In-Game Voice Chat - It will come... you hear about it atleast 7 times a day on the official PS forums.
Eu/UK Movie Store - They confirmed this on the way last year.
HOME - What exactly do you expect??

Those four things make you want a 360?
I want a 360 for Gears of War and Fable II, but I can live without those.

Of those 4 only movie download really appeals to me. But I'm already committed to buying the PS3 so I'm probably not the best person to assess whether these issues would attract someone away from the 360/Wii towards the PS3. You'd need to ask people who seriously considered buying a PS3, but went for one of the others instead. I'd say for most of those people it would be price and [exclusive] games that tip the scales away from PS3.
I don't really care about XMB, wallpapers, trophy rooms and such. As long as I can easily navigate to the things I want to do on my machine I'm happy. In game voice chat is necessary for certain games, but I don't see it as a system seller.
