This is the guy before the last guy in the original isn't it? I have a confession to make I never beat this guy to finish the game. There was a code to take you to the final boss (the version we got in PAL didn't have Mike Tyson) and after getting repeatedly beat up by this guy I gave up and used the code.

My favourite part of this fight was in-between rounds, when Macho says to the reporters, "Don't forget to photograph my good side. Just kidding, they're all good sides." And then he turns to the camera revealing a face purple and lumpy from the walloping I just gave it. :P

Is punch out as hard as for the one for the NES?

i think punch out!! wii is as hard as the original NES, the game gets realy brutal in title defence mode, glass joe beat the hell out of me second time around, that was humiliating.
