I dont care for Pikimin... for me, its nothing.
I dont know what they will show, but they SHOULD work on some hardcore games presentation, because last year casual centric show didnt impress anyone.
Im mean, what did they get from last E3? I dont think the casuals really pay attention to E3, but then again, i dont know what kindo of business relations can grow from an expo like E3.
I dont know if you guys have a official predictions thread, but here are my thoughs:
- New Wii Colors.
That´s for sure. Cmon, 2 years, sales declining? Its a given.
- New Wii Colors and Motion Plus out of the box.
You know they will. They want everybody to have one. They can even call it a new name.
- Blah blah blah numbers
That´s the part when you start thinking "maybe it wasnt such a good idea to skip a day at work for this"
- New not cool game for the Balance Board
They will say its the new black. You will know it isnt.
- Clip showing hardcore offerings
A short-but-longer-than-nintendo-summit video showing the survivors from nintendo summit: Sin and Punishment2, Dynamic Slash got a new name and dosent seem so cool (its not 1-on-1), something else and oh, cosmic walker is a no show. Got canned. Like Project Hammer. Sorry.
- New Wii Sports Resort Sports
3 new. Beach Volley looks great. Beach soccer looks gimmick. The other one is as stupid as curling, but i cant think at something as stupid as curling in a resort.
- BIG NEW HARDCORE GAME
Its just pikmin 3. Have some new stuff, but still just pikmin
Results: Disapointed? Not if they promise Wii motion plus support out of the box, and some fun sports for Resort, like volley. Im more excited for the third party games with Motion Plus support, than for the Nintendo ones. So i think support is the essential here
