This could be something big. Maybe a subscription service for a la carte tv episodes.

Maybe its something to do with IPTV. I wouldn't mind having a subscription through the internet instead of cable as long as the quality was great. Unfortunately I don't see them being able to stream HD content that well though.

I don't think it will ba a play tv type thing, as they would rather you buy a pc and use MCE to do that for you.

There were rumours ages ago about a partnership with the BBC, so maybe iPlayer will be official, instead of MCE pluggins.
