meh, does it really matter. If they want to miss out on the many (great) games the ps3 has to offer...then that's their choice. I asumme a ps3 hater doesn't own a ps3 of course.
Just watching videos of infamous makes me giddy I own one.

You believe everything on teh internetz?whoopsie...I guess you've got a big reason to hate 'em then. All those LIES!!!!!!
"Dr. Tenma, according to you, lives are equal. That's why I live today. But you must have realised it by now...the only thing people are equal in is death"---Johann Liebert (MONSTER)
"WAR is a racket. It always has been.
It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives"---Maj. Gen. Smedley Butler

I know of the financial situation of Sega and I know that these circumstances makes it increasingly hard to develop games with production values appropriate for the name "Sega", as it gets increasingly expensive to develop games for newer gen hardware.
As for Segas demise, I already explained my view on that situation and as my final statement on that matter like to add, that I'm pretty sure, that Sega would have dropped out of console manufactoring even if Sony hadn't entered the market, although maybe a little bit later.
Still, that doesn't answer my question how I contributed to "Segas downfall".
Well, whatever .. I'm going to end our little borderline off-topic discussion here.
I'm wishing you fullfilled gaming years and may you lose a bit of your frustration and gain more happiness.
Funny how people think I'm a PS3 hater...
I love my PS3.
The thing is...
I hate PS3fanboys.
I hate Sony Fanboys.
PS3fanboys = Young adults who grew with PS2 and PS1, thinking Sony created Gaming. They didn't knew the N.E.S, megadrive, Super N.E.S., they never owned a Saturn, a Dreamcast, never owned a Nintendo64... For them, Sony = Gaming, everything else is boring.
I'm a gamer, not a brand follower.
Every generation is unique.
Right now, Microsoft is offering the most for gamers (game collection, online community, affordable price for everyone, HD specs and power, focus on hardcore)
Next gen, it could be different.
Sony could offer the best experience next-gen, or Nintendo... nobody knows.
And next-gen, the same problem will rise again, but this time with young XboxFanboys.
Teenagers growing with the Xbox brand, thinking Microsoft created Gaming, they will think Xbox720 is the only real console (even if the PS4 offers the most, or Wii HD). They'll never have experienced PS2, PS3, or any Nintendo system before...
The circle of life.
@ Lafiel
A little bit later?
There was only Sega and Nintendo around before sony's arrival.
And despite Nintendo's consoles outselling Sega's consoles Sega were still highly profitable, i doubt very much that Sega would only have lasted a little bit more.
I'm a happy gamer.
And i'll be even happier in a few years time when sony are "no more" in this trade.
Nice chatting with ya.

pretty entertainning
MikeB predicts that the PS3 will sell about 140 million units by the end of 2016 and triple the amount of 360s in the long run.

Dear God..... No excuses...

the worst are xbox fans imo. simply because they bought 360 1st now want everything else to fail.
there the only ones who seem to want everything to fail if it not on thier system.
they also seem to moan the most.
so most of the hate comes from them in a kind of fanboy ladder thing
ps3 sucks > ps3 has no games > no AAA titles > who needs bluray > ps3 is doomed > ps3 is 3rd > and Jus....ju. just wait till E3
...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...
PSN: Skeeuk - XBL: SkeeUK - PC: Skeeuk
really miss the VGCHARTZ of 2008 - 2013...
Years of bitterness from Microsoft/Nintendo/Sega fanboys and disappointed PS2 owners would be my guess. And it's always funny when fanboys claim the other fanboy group are worse.

The history of the videogame industry bears this out. Trying to hold onto market dominance in the videogame industry is like trying to nail jello to the wall.
