Demon's Souls consistent ranking is probably due to import sales.

Unlikely, only Asian version has English, Japanese version is Japanese only.

the Japanese version has either the text or the voice in English though (don't remember which one) and it's much easier to get, it's always available, unlike the Asian/Korean version.
