Am i missing something or is the only Wii accessory I can get that little caddy for storing your wiimotes?

I don't know about US, but Club Nintendo Europe is not bad. Not as good as Japan's though, but still alright.

I got a DS game

Yeah, that is the only thing for the Wii in the rewards right now.

I'm still saving my points for the Game and Watch Collection, so it doesn't really bother me. I'm up to 520 points!

I don't own a DS, so the fact that 95% of the rewards in the American club are for that platform is kinda annoying.

My luck, whatever gifts they send out for Gold or Platinum members, will also be for the DS.

what do you need to be a gold/platinum member?

Gold - 300 points during the year (July 1 - June 30)

Platinum - 600 points

Taking the registration survey = 50 points

Taking the post purchase survey = 10 points

You can also get an extra 10 points if you register your intention to buy some games before they are released (I think the deadline is about a month before release) and then register the product later.

So, buying 5 Nintendo branded games per year will get you gold status and 10 games will get you Platinum status.

It resets each year (status) but you have like 2 years to spend your accumulated points on rewards.

In the European program had Little King's Story for points. Maybe the NA program will do something cool like that sometime soon.
