The COD is just starting to gain momentum on the Wii. To cut it off now and do a , skip Modern Warfare 2, and release World at War 2 in 2010 would be stupid.

There are few, if any, good reasons for the game to not come to Wii. I really think they'll want to build on World at War's success.

There's a poster on here i think his name is bardicverse, and he said that in fact MW2 is coming to the Wii, and how he's a developer and what not, I trust him, he's the guy who did predict WaW coming to the Wii and saying that it would be a ported title.

Wii discs go maximum up to 9gig. 9gig will be enough for campaign, medium graphics, nothing else. Main thing that made CoD series so succesfull is online. If they dont have their online on a 360 or PS3 version, it would fail. Also, they would need offline multiplayer, co-op and the graphics wont be as good on the wii.

I know alot of people are going to flame me ... but its the truth.
Wii has to stick to its other types of games and let the "True next-gen" HD consoles take care of the powerful games.

Modern Warfare 2 on Wii would look terrible and be laughed at by the 360/PS3 counterpart if it did come. If you like shooters this really isn't the best system for you. The Conduit and Red Steel 2 will hopefully be great but it still won't make it stand out as a must have system to shooter fans. Wii is perfect for family friendly games, action/adventure and rpg type of games. As a huge shooter fan myself I really don't recomend a Wii to anyone that is a big shooter fan it hasn't proven itself as a good genre for the Wii thus far.

Well it would be dumbed down greatly with probably a good handfull of missing features. Should I mention that Modern warfare 2 will be pushing the HD Conoles quite a bit. They could do it but would it really be worth it to dumb the game down so much when many Wii owners also have an HD Console. Unless they go the Dead Space route and do some spin off or prequel than I doubt it. For Wii only owners I can see why this would be a want but really if you like shooters so much this isn't the right system for you anyways. If you are single system owner that is. Don't get me wrong I enjoy my Wii but shooters are terrible on it so far. I hope The Conduit and Red Steel 2 are good because right now the only good shooter for Wii is Metroid Prime: Corruption which is more a First Person Adventure title than a shooter.

Like Maxwell stated, ban bets are no longer allowed.   Though if they were, I'd make it permanent.

But like I said, I have an unfair advantage and wouldn't be guessing so I wouldn't take the bet even if they were allowed.
