It's not ignorance. Wii fans CONTINUE to do it. Beg for games you KNOW are not going to be on your system, instead of, you know, buying the system you know the games are going to be on in the first place. It's annoying. You don't see anyone who owns a 360 or PS3 making countless threads about why MadWorld SHOULD be on the HD consoles. If they want it that bad, they buy a Wii to play it.

And WaW Wii is not a gimped version. It has everything the HD console versions have except the graphics, but that should be expected because the Wii just isn't as powerful. If I were to use your logic, despite any sales of Wii games vs HD games, the Wii version will always "sell so well" despite being gimped.

But then again, if the versions are always gimped, why do you even want them?

and @bolded: I can't trash a game that doesn't exist fyi

i repeat that many of us already have an HD console, but we prefer to play it on Wii

and we already know that it's not coming to Wii.... it would have been show already if it was to come

remember i told u, u r so damn ignorant, u really are. buddy do u know how many times ps3/360 fans moaned about monster hunter 3 to be on their system. have any clue about that? and obviously u r blind, almost every serious game came out on wii there was at least a thread where ppl like u whined, why it's not on ps3/360.

and if there was no proof that mw2 is not coming to wii, this thread wouldn't have been created, there was some proof, and that's why every wii owner is expecting it, hoping it'd be on wii.

and u keep telling buying the system, dude if u have money send us that god damn cheque. and again just go away.

Unfortunately entirely untrue.  

Wii version lacks:

Downloadable content

split-screen local multiplayer/ splitscreen online

Zombie mode

many of the maps the HD versions have

Many of the online modes the HD versions have

Vehicles

Destructable environments

It is without question a 'gimped' version.   Especially since Quantum of Solace Wii offers the split-screen online on the same damn CODMW engine that CoDWaW Wii uses.

COD WAW Wii did lack all of those features but it had the one thing that I care about the most: IR controls.

If anyone has ever fired a real gun, they will understand how natural the IR pointer of the Wiimote is in this game.

Here is still hoping COD 7 comes from Treyarch.

Did you not come to this site around the time that Madworld came out?  There were plenty of threads saying Madworld should have been on the HD consoles.

Wii version gameplay of waw cannot be exchanged for maps or content, and Wii version still has online mode which is good enough, at least for me



don't mind my username, that was more than 10 years ago, I'm a different person now, amazing how people change ^_^

It's always 360 owners who whine. Being sort of involved in the media, I have seen on countless occasions of where 360 owners whined for: The Conduit, Monster Hunter 3, Mad World, Tenchu 4, Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, Metroid Prime 3, and even The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. Well those are games I could remember 360 people wishing they had.

Face it, just because 360 owners has their "Xbox Live" service they believe that every game invented should come to their console because they think it'll have some cool online functionalities. Don't even lie because I know you have seen this everyday. 360 players whine to get 1st party titles from other companies, examples above (LoZ and MP3)
