If SO4 is released for PS3 it might sell 2x more. In Japan it will sell 3x more, US about 60% of X360 ver sell. In others PS3 always sell slightly more.

SO3 on PS2 will sold 740K in NA

so a its safe to say that a PS3 version now will sell more

than 200k(maybe even 300K)

But al ittle lower in Japan maybe 450K

Did you guys forget Eternal Sonata? Even in Japan, the PS3 version sold less than the 360 version.

I think he is right. I don't think a PS3 version of SO4 would outsell the 360 version, not in Japan or the rest of the world. Due to both the quality of the game turning some potential buyers off, the long delay between release (which means some people will already have turned to the Xbox 360) and also the shrinking home console market in Japan.

And even so, the quality of the port would also matter. If it's just a straight up port with no extras added or benefits of any kind, then it will certainly sell less then a game recieving the same treatment as ToV/ES did, and since SE have yet to do a port of the same kind this generation, it's hard to say what will happen.

I did not. I just said SO4 PS3 will sell even less than it did on the 360.
