US is very bad and SCEA need to do something quick. But in Europe the difference is only 9300. Less then the difference in Japan, even though the UK alone is meant to be similar in size now to Japan in terms of the games market.
The E3 price drop will change that! ;) How else do they expect 13 million sales for FY 2009, without a price drop they'd be lucky to get 10 million again.

Where did u pull that out off?? Last Time I checked the 360 has lost much much less than that. Or are u counting how the PS3 has lost for SONY?

This. The 360 sells in pretty much 2/3's of the regions that the PS3 does at pretty much 2/3's the price so is it that much of a shock that they're as close as they are? Either way, the 2 consoles together still can't outsell the Wii.
Oh, and to go back on-topic, I think Sony truly needs to greatly improve on their marketing. At least in Canada anyways, I rarely see anything Playstation related in television advertising unless it's a PLAYSTATION 3 logo at the bottom of a games' commercial saying "Also Available On" usually with the giant XBOX 360 logo leaving the last memory of the commercial. The commercials that have come out (especially at launch) were so "out there" that you had no clue what they were about until it flashed a playstation logo at the end and you were left saying "WTF?". The last one to come out for the PSN was also very weird and showed clips of unknown (to most people) games playing on people's shirts and jackets and crap. That hardly gets people excited, for me at least.

infamous might not be that much of a HW seller, but it could at least help ps3 linger over 100k until E3
Who cares, all sales are low right now. Well, except the DS, but the DS is a monster and the DSi just launched.
