Two weeks to release, and this game is already leaked. Poor EA.

Also remember how they said the only DRM it's going to use is a cd-key? Wonder how that, combined with an early leak will effect piracy rates.

No difference on piracy percentage. People who buy the game will still buy the game. People who pirate the game will still pirate the game. It takes focused media to increase piracy rates. Much of what happened to Spore.

I agree that Sim3 should come to consoles, but unfortunately Sims 3 on consoles would have to build a market. Much like GTA VCS on the PSP and GTA CW for the DS.



Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.

The site i pulled that image from doesn't take kindly to fake files. Considering 700+ people have already finished downloading it, it would be nuked if it was fake. Going to say this is real.

Sims 1 + 2 were on consoles... and sold pretty well.

True, maybe thats why Sims 2 sales sucked compared to the original.

True I kinda enjoyed the earlier games (Bustin Out for example) and Castaway wasn't bad... But yeah the PC version is always the superior version, for I personally think, obvious reasons.
