Don't really know my top 10 list. But games this gen I really love (handhelds included) are.

Hotel Dusk (maybe my favourite game)

Valkyria Chronicles

Zelda: Phantom Hourglass

Uncharted

Super Mario Galaxy

Bioshock

Other games worth mentioning (some late PS2 games as well):

- Wild ARMs XF (PSP)

- PixelJunk Monsters

- MGS4 (nice gameplay, but all the changes in location and story overall don't hold a candle to previous MGS (SNAKE EATER!!!!).. and I hated the Shadow Moses part, where were all the guards that needed my CQC?!?!?!?)

- Flower

- Persona 3 & 4

- Yakuza 1 & 2 (I LOVE these! currently studying in Japan and already bought Ryu Ga Gotoku: Kenzan! and will by Ryu Ga Gotoku 3 if we won't see a western release before August)

- KillZone 2

- Little BIG Planet

Side note to CGI: I am surprised you have Dark Sector on 5th place. I followed that game a lot and was really excited to play it, BUT never finished as I thought it got stale after a while. Had some really nice gameplay elements and I am going to finish it one day though. Why do you have it that high on your list mate? Care to fill me in?

Hmm... well Sadly I'd have to say this generation is going the way of last generation. However there is one I truly loved that might make my top 20.

Jeanne D'Arc. (Note FFT: The Lions War is technically a remake so I don't include it even though it has new content.)

That being said on my PS2 only 2 games made my top 10 and I'd place both at the same spot(No. 9) Persona 3-4.

I usually make top 10 lists by what I'm playing at the moment... but these are the games that would make my definitive top 10 list.

Boycotting the following:

1. Yoshi: He ate my car and spit out a toaster.

2. Igglybuff: Totally false advertisement. You can have as many as you like they don't buff nothing.

3. the Terms Hardcore/Softcore... We're talking Video Games. Not Porn.

4. The term Casual as relates to Gamers: We make them sound like outsider's that happen to play games. If that were the case they'd own a PS3.

5. Donuts.... Beacause I drink Beer...... and the biggest fan of Donuts hates Beer.

6. Boycotts: Their so lame.

MGS4 is the only one that makes my alltime top 10, but there have been some great great games this generation, here are my top 10 of this generation.

My top 10 list would change depending on my mood.

Hmmm.
Games that generally get into my top ten are:

LoZ: Windwaker
Mario Kart Wii
Wii Sports
LoZ: Majora's Mask
Super Mario Galaxy
Wave Race: Blue Storm
F-Zero X
TimeSplitters 2
PilotWings
LoZ: Twilight Princess

Goldeneye
Blast Corps
Endless Ocean
Super Mario 64
LoZ: Ocarina of Time
Star Wars Rogue Squadron 2
Resident Evil 4: Wii edition

The gap denotes the end of my current top 10 that I decided on a whim.... the rest could easily be in the top 10 the next time you ask me.

The top 6 will generally remain in the top 10, though may change order (Windwaker pretty much stays at the top though) The next 4 may be replaced by any of the ones in the 2nd list.

So I guess 3 for certain (MKWii, WSports and Galaxy) generally there would be at least 1 other.... also I would not have experienced Majora's Mask nor Mario 64 without the VC, so while they are not part of this generation, I owe it to the Wii that they exist on the list.
