I've had my Mac G5 since release and it stays on 24/7. I've never had a problem with it and it has never been repaired. The disc drive is a little funky at times but still works to a satisfiable degree. I got it as a gift and I couldn't be more happy with it.
I've only upgraded ram, hard drives and OS.
