Yes, but a lot of the more tradional style PC gaming we see more and more on consoles, like first person shooters.
Often PC games are being released late (like GTA was originally first on the PC, ported from the Amiga as C= bankrupted, now it's late) and some games don't seem to get released at all (including Microsoft published titles). This strenghtens 360 gaming, but weakening PC gaming.
Of course there are many people who play card games or whatever on their PC, but personally I am not interested in that and neither are most hardcore PC gamers (of whom most seem to pirate games).
