Now what I wonder is why isn't Namco publishing Ghostbusters for EU? Will they publish the 360 and Wii versions?

Atari EU was set to publish ToV in Europe. Will Namco be doing it now or will it be someone else again?

I guess so.

Oh. I could have sworn it was Atari EU that was publishing it. -.-

Thanks.

Yeah, I thought so, too. Maybe they were going to... I could almost swear I saw a press release stating that.

Atari announced "plans" to publish it in EU + PAL territories.

Sorry, never meant this post.

Prediction (June 12th 2017)

Permanent pricedrop for both PS4 Slim and PS4 Pro in October.

PS4 Slim $249 (October 2017)

PS4 Pro $349 (October 2017)

This is really wierd.

So it looks like Sony have taken over the Ghostbusters publishing for the PSP, PS3 & PS2 versions so I wonder what will happen to the DS, Wii and 360 versions in Europe?

I take it, because Atari Europe won't be around anymore as Namco are taking them over, Namco could be releasing the game in the Europe, or maybe the developer of Ghostbusters will need to attract a new publisher for the DS/Wii/360 versions in Europe.

I get the feeling that Ghostbusters on the 360/Wii/DS is a long way off, thats if it appears at all on these platforms.

I could be right, check this out:

Atari pulls out of E3

"As we told you previously, Atari has already put a deal in place with Sony to handle the sales and marketing of the title in the PAL territories, while Atari still plans to handle the publishing, distribution and marketing of the title in North America. According to various reports, the company is looking for partners for the game in other parts of the world that are not covered in the Sony deal."

He posted the article, he didn't write it.

I doubt we will see many people admitting they were wrong though. It just isn't the in thing these days to say something positive.

According to the post above Sony didn't screw over 64 million gamers, in fact it may end up being that Sony "helped" XX amount of gamers.

Just to clear things up-- Ghostbusters is finished for all platforms.  It's still releasing in NA on everything on schedule so there's really no if at all about it.

Sony is really bad for helping Atari and helping 64 million gamers to play this game.
I hate Sony right now.
