I am honestly anticipating Halo 3 ODST the most as far as exclusives go, I am a HUGE Halo fan.



PREDICTIONS:
(Predicted on 5/31/11) END of 2011 Sales - Xbox 360 = 62M;  PS3 = 59M;  Wii = 97M

can someone let infamous know of my bet,

The top 3 360 Excl games will beat 3 ps3 excl games.

The Rules
1. Metacritic scores at the end of the year
2. When i say excl as long as it is on only one of the home consoles only, ie Wii, 360, PS3 then it is excl
3. I am doing this because although infamous thinks that he hasnt seen it, he has quoted one of my posts with the rules.
4. Any PS3 games, not just the ones posted, i am almost going to guarantee at least one game will beat them.
5. Excl includes 09, If ps3 is going to get Halo ODST for example in 2010 but 360 in 09, then it is Exclusive for 360 for this year.

Dont give me the Alan Wake not exclusive crap. It's not on any other console and it being on PC will NOT effect the console sales. It's console exclusive which helps the 360 100% against the PS3.

So we are saying all three top metascores combined?

Okay, one last thing. Are we counting XBLA/PSN?

EDIT: One rule I would request is no DLC. That means no Lost and Damned, no Pitt, no Broken Steel, no inevitable GTAIV PS3 expansion.

I think no DLC is fair, still counting patches to fix games of course since they are not added content.

Evan Wells (Uncharted 2): I think the differences that you see between any two games has much more to do with the developer than whether it’s on the Xbox or PS3.

Fair enough, no dlc which means no xbla, in my opinion that hurts my cause, as the 360 will be getting perfect dark soon, hopefully this year but i am going to rely on proper games. The fairest way to do it i would think, you set the terms if you want, in other words what the bet will be for

Im pretty sure Bioshock 2 will beat all 3 of those games you mentioned in the thread title. And since you said clearly stressed you were talking about PS3-360-Wii, it counts as a 360 exclusive, as does Alan Wake.

Apart from that, Infamous wont end up a 9+/10 game anyway.
